In order to enter the testing site to sit for the GACE, you will have to present the admission ticket issued upon registration. The admission ticket will contain your personal information, the name of the test you are taking, and the test location, date, and time. The admission ticket will also contain your GACE identification number, which you will need to obtain an unofficial score report two weeks after the exam. If by accident you forget your admission ticket on the day of the exam, you may be delayed from entering the test site.
It is also important that you check to make sure that the information listed on your admission ticket is accurate. If you need to make changes to your personal information as it is listed, you should contact National Evaluation Services. If you want to change your test, date, or location, you will need to submit a request either online or through the mail.
The deadlines for changes in registration vary depending on what is to be changed. In order to change your test date, you will need to contact the NES by five in the afternoon on the last day of the late registration period for either the test date you wish to leave or the test date you wish to obtain, whichever is earlier. In order to change your test area, test selection, or to withdraw from a test, you will need to contact the NES by five in the afternoon on the last day of the late registration period. If you withdraw from the GACE in time, you may receive a partial refund.
